Conrad admits he's one of those floating voters. The 1997 election is approaching and he really can't decide whether to vote for the Conservative or the Labour party. Although he's an ex-coalminer he has to admit that the Tory's closure of the pits didn't turn out so bad for him. He's well settled now in a new job, with no debts. Does he want to risk that changing?
