MAIDS By Jane Dinamling
Jane and her friend Angelina Guinio are maids in Cental, Hong Kong. They have come from the Philippines to do domestic work because the wages are so much higher in Hong Kong. The show us where they go every Sunday to be meet with other Philippinos and share stories. The atmosphere is good. There is one woman who has set up an outdoor hair salon providing cheap hair cuts for her compatriots. They hope they will continue to be welcome after Hong Kong has been handed back to China.
