Alison’s journey with binge eating started at the age of 13 when she went to boarding school.
She didn’t cope well with the experience and turned to chocolate to ease her plight. The binge eating continued well into her 30s until the point when she feared that her husband would leave her due to her increased weight. After seeking help through online counselling she has turned her life around.
