WHISTLE
By Norman Bowman
It's a crisp sunny morning and Norman is out with the children and the dog on a country walk. He plays a jig on his tin whistle. Music is very important part in Northern Ireland. There are supposedly two types of music - Protestant and Catholic - but he doesn't think anyone owns music - it's like saying, who owns the wind.
