In this week's Science Cafe Adam Walton discusses science education and asks if our schools are equpping and inspiring the next generation of scientists

Joining Adam is:

Professor John Harries, Chief Scientific Advisor for Wales, Chair in Earth Conservation in the Department of Physics at Imperial College London. Professor Harries took up his role with the Welsh Assembly Government earlier this year.
Sue Quantick, former science lecturer at a Further Education college, now an outreach worker for Techniquest, Cardiff
Morrison Frew, a representative in Wales for ASE, the Association for Science Education, and a teacher at Gowerton School near Swansea.

We also join a science class with Dr Robyn Wheldon-Williams and Year 9 pupils at Ysgol Brynhyfryd in Ruthin. Plus there are memories of school science lessons from shoppers in Wrexham.
