Like other public bodies, Â鶹Éç World Service became subject to the UK Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) on 1 January 2005. Two
requests for information were lodged under the terms of the Act during the year ended 31 March 2006. Both were responded to
within the 20 working day deadline laid down in the Act.
