Where do you stay/are from? I'm from Germany , but I lived in the Isle of Skye for over five years. I live in Inverness now
What inspired you to learn Gaelic? Gaelic is so rich and melodic through its songs, stories, phrases and other stuff. The Gaels are so kind and so modest too!
What tips do you have for other Gaelic learners? Listen to music and to the radio. Use every opportunity to speak Gaelic
How do you use Gaelic in your daily life? I work on Gaelic news programmes! I will sing a bit of Gaelic and I write a Gaelic column, I also go to Gaelic church services.
Do you have a favourite Gaelic expression? 鈥淚s toigh le b貌 sp霉tadh, b貌 sp霉tadh eile!鈥 Where one cow pats, another will do just that! This literally means 鈥榃here you find one thing, a similar thing isn't too far away'.
