Saffron Rays restaurant has been servingÌýtop quality Bengali and Asian cuisine to Silver Street locals for over 30 years. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and friendly and the food is reasonably priced - a combination that's helped Saffron Rays to survive, despite stiff competition from the newer canalside eateries.Ìý

Mani appointed Kuljit Singh as manager when he went on an extended trip to India, helped (or hindered) by Vinnie. NowÌýKuljit's gone Vinnie's in charge butÌýMani keeps a close eye on his wayward nephew.ÌýBut as long as Pradeep Chauhan remains in charge of the kitchen you're guaranteed to get some fabulous food.
