Kuljit and Sway are released without charge and as they head back to the caf茅 they decide they need a plan - painting toilets for cash wasn't quite what they had in mind when they turned up in Silver Street. Kuljit has a brainwave later on - if they organise Jodie's caf茅 opening for her they can use it as a platform to launch their music career. But will Jodie go along with it?

Jas is working an extra shift at the salon. She tells Nadia she just had to get out of the house - she can't study with all that noise. Nadia makes her carry on revising in the back room, but Jas still can't concentrate because she's worried about Kamla.

The news of Kuljit and Sway's release makes Rita and Pradeep worry even more about Kamla. They prepare a special dinner to cheer her up, and Pradeep says he's thinking of decorating her room to show how much she means to them - Rita thinks that's a great plan. Kamla gets the wrong idea when she sees the tester paints - she thinks the family can't wait to get rid of her and have more space, and she walks out. Rita tries to talk to her later, but Kamla is on the phone in her room to the travel agent - she's booking a ticket - to India.
