Nadia has been leaving messages for Jas who eventually goes to see her. Nadia announces that Jodie is Mani's long-lost daughter. Jas thinks Nadia is terrible for gossiping but Nadia disagrees - it's not like she's spreading it everywhere. Then the phone rings downstairs and Khatija answers. It's Kamla who wants to know if Khatija could run sewing classes at the centre. Anyway says Khatija have you heard the news about Jodie?
Brian is going canvassing with Mushtaq and Mary can't believe it. How could he with everything they're going through? Brian says it keeps his mind occupied and asks if she's heard from Sean. Mary reckons he'll ring any minute but Brian isn't convinced. Meanwhile at the Young Offenders Sean is being interrogated by other lads and the Prison Guard has to tell them to back off.
Rita is stressing over her exams and Kamla tells her to relax. Rita says there's fat chance of that. She's beginning to wonder if this course is what she really wants. A disappointed Kamla reminds Rita this is exactly what she did before. This is her last chance and she will regret it.
At the allotments Pradeep is trying to get fellow gardeners to do something about the property development threat but they aren't taking him seriously. Someone suggests talking to 'that Malik woman' and Pradeep thinks they should. It could be a real vote winner for her in the elections. They don't notice Rozena and Brian parked near by. Brian reckons Pradeep will work out its Rozena who's buying the land but she says she can handle Pradeep...
