Jai takes Kamla to view a house. He can't understand why she keeps finding things wrong with it. He suddenly realises that she thinks he wants her to move into it and quickly reassures her that he's suggesting she buys it as an investment to rent out. She thinks this is a wonderful idea and tells Jai to make an offer straight away.
Krishan is relieved to catch sight of Roopa in the shopping mall. He was really scared he wouldn't be able to find her and would never get back to the boat. He tells Roopa that a man had offered to help him find the boat, but Roopa re-assures him he did the right thing not to go off with him. She thinks it would be better if they don't mention it to their mum.
Back on the boat Roopa declares she is bored so Rita suggests she practises her dancing for Navratri. She needs a partner but Arun isn't willing, so Krishan offers, he could do with some practise too.
Watching the dancing, Rita and Pradeep reflect on the holiday. Everyone has enjoyed themselves, though the children wouldn't admit it. Rita and Pradeep discuss how different their parents' views were to theirs. They want so much more for their own children and want them to follow their dreams.
The peace is shattered when some geese attack Arun. Afterwards he denies that he was scared, but Jas has photographic evidence on her phone! At dinner, Roopa protests that Rita has given her too much and takes her food outside alone. Jas catches her moments later with a clean plate and won't believe that Roopa has eaten it. She asks Roopa if there's anything she wants to talk about but Roopa assures her that everything is just fine.
