Pervaiz gets a surprise invitation in the post from his brother Nabeel, asking Pervaiz to join him on a trip to Mecca for Umrah. The rest of the Akhtars are scornful of the offer, thinking Nabeel just wants a free trip. Pervaiz is angered by their comments. He sees the offer as a chance for him and Nabeel to get to know each other as true brothers again. Later, Nadia and Zak discuss the proposed trip. They can't understand why their dad still trusts Uncle Nabeel after all he's done. Khatija overhears them and jumps in to defend Pervaiz. She thinks they should go along with it for his sake, after all, it'll never happen. He wouldn't give up his new job on a whim like this.
Rita is dying to see Rozena and tries her hardest to persuade Pradeep to go to the Jilani's Eid party later. Pradeep is not enthralled at the prospect of having to socialise with Imran though.
Meanwhile at the salon Simran is already nearly at the end of her tether with Kamla, and when Kamla tries to stop her from picking up the baby Simran suddenly snaps. She hisses at Kamla to stop telling her how to look after her own baby and storms out the room with him leaving Kamla crestfallen. She was only trying to help!
Sameer wants some reassurance that Rozena has done as she promised and has broken all ties with Trucon, so he phones Brian for confirmation. Brian is highly amused that Sameer obviously doesn't trust Rozena and can't help making a few sarcastic comments as usual. As soon as Sameer leaves the office, Brian dials Rozena's number. He only gets her answer-phone though and takes great delight in leaving a menacingly cryptic little message for her....
