Krishan stomps into the lounge, fed up because he can't get into the bathroom to do his hair. Kamla offers to brush it for him but can hardly get a comb through it because he's used so much gel. Krishan can sense Kamla is sad but she doesn't want to talk.
It's Roopa who is hogging the bathroom. Jas phones her while she's in there to check she hasn't forgotten her doctor's appointment and Roopa tells her not to worry, she's going...
Sway is going through budgets with Syed from the Parkside committee. Syed informs Sway that Imran isn't coming back and asks him if he'd be interested in doing the job permanently, though he'll have to apply formally of course...
Krishan is out with Roopa, and trying to persuade her to help him cheer up Ba. Roopa isn't interested and leaves him to go into Mary's shop on his own. Krish asks Mary to talk to Kamla for him but she makes up an excuse and gives Krishan some chocolates for her instead. Later, however, Mary does go round to see Kamla. She wants them to bury the past and get back to being friends. Mary can see Kamla isn't happy and Kamla tells her it's Jai's birthday and she doesn't know how she should feel about him. Then things cheer up as they get back to what they are best at: gossiping. So what about Jodie's new man...?
Roopa goes to the doctors where Dr Masud asks her how she's getting on. Roopa makes out she's feeling better but the doctor wants her to have therapy - bulimia is a serious condition. As soon as she's outside Roopa phones Jas in tears; she just wants to be left alone!
