Arun is entertaining an appreciative crowd with his DJ-ing. Sway is amazed that the Mela has kicked off so successfully when he was convinced the day would have started with a catastrophe. He asks whether Jas has heard from Imran and she replies that he's been working pretty hard and she's not seen him at all. Zak calls out to Sway about his interesting past and how he can't wait to hear the full story. Sway and Jas have no idea what he's on about...
Pete and Jaggy's events are set up side by side. Pete offers to ask his punters to queue the other side out of Jaggy's way much to Jaggy's scorn. He knows the football challenge will be a winner.
Zak is helping out on the Islamic Society's stall much to Arun's surprise. Arun attempts to persuade Zak to come and check out the talent round the main stage but Zak stays put and isn't impressed with Arun's cracks about Zahir. As Arun moves off he calls out to Sway and congratulates him on his colourful past - again Sway is at a complete loss.
Sway makes his way over to Jaggy's stall which is still fairly quiet. Jaggy is confident the crowds will materialise soon. Sway suggests he asks Pete for advice - his stall appears to be drawing the punters without any problem. Simran brings Kesar over to Jaggy's stall - Jaggy tells her the stall is really popular and he's just having a breather. Simran declines Jaggy's offer to have a go.
Sway discovers that Krishan has been playing out his recording of Sway's past exploits in London as part of the Sounds of Silver Street exhibit. He wants the interview removed before any committee member hears of this questionable behaviour from the new manager of Parkside! There is a heated debate at the Islamic stall between Zahir and a member of the public which Jas hurries to quell. She finds Sway who attempts to diffuse the increasingly tense exchange without success. He is relieved when Mani eventually steps in and manages to calm the situation - but leaving Sway feeling out of his depth...
