Sameer pays Rozena an early morning visit. He’s been stewing at the hotel for a month and Rozena is avoiding his calls. As he bombards her with questions she snaps that’s exactly why she’s avoiding him. Exasperated, Sameer says he intends telling his parents tonight. Rozena panics and in desperation she gives him hope they can sort things out if he’ll just give her a bit more time. With a sigh Sameer agrees to wait.
Kuljit asks Mani if he really gave Vinnie responsibility for last week’s invoices as he claimed. Mani doesn’t know what Kuljit’s talking about and tackles Vinnie. Mani has found the invoice for the replacement oven and wants to know what’s going on. Vinnie tries to talk his way out of it as usual but Mani is far from convinced.
Bill took a call from a woman asking for Pete’s mobile number earlier. He gave it her but now he’s wondering if he did the right thing. He mentions it to Brian saying he didn’t get the woman’s name. Brian reassures him it’ll be fine.
Mushtaq has booked a last minute flight to visit Zenab and Imran. He tells Rozena he’s off this afternoon. Secretly, Mushtaq intends telling Zenab their marriage is over. Rozena is concerned that he’ll find out about the attack and his heart won’t stand the shock. She decides the only thing she can do to stop him is to tell her dad about the separation. She rings Sameer to tell him. Sameer can’t believe Rozena’s rapid change of heart and is annoyed she just expects him to go along with whatever she decides. What reason is he supposed to give his parents about their split? Selfishly though, Rozena couldn’t care less what he tells his parents and hangs up on him.
