 Have your say
Sean has been trying to contact Jai all morning. He thought Jai was going to tell everyone he’s back, so what’s going on? Since Suresh has been missing, Rita and Pradeep have had to improvise with getting everything ready for tonight’s grand opening of Saffrons. Kamla is worried that something’s happened to Suresh. But Pradeep just thinks Suresh has been called away to another meeting. Meanwhile, Roopa and Krishan are ‘testing’ the helium balloons, much to their own hilarity. Sean asks Rita for a word, but she gets distracted by Pradeep. He needs some help with his speech.
Over at the warehouse, Jai still has Suresh tied up. Suresh tries to reason with Jai, and demands to know what he wants. Jai is bitter for spending the last two years believing Sean was better off without him. Suresh took the chance away for Jai to be a good father. Suresh says he sent Jai away for everyone’s benefit, but Jai wants to know why he had to be separated from his family. Jai becomes more crazed, as Suresh points out that he’s not making any sense and seems confused. Jai pulls a knife, and Suresh pleads with him to put it down. Whatever Jai needs, Suresh says he can fix it. Money? All Jai wants is the last two years back, but a tearful Suresh says he can’t give those to him…
Later, Sean tells Rita that Jai is back and they go to look for him. Rita racks her brains for places to look, then remembers the warehouse, where they used to play as kids. They agree to split up. Sean tells Rita what Jai said about Suresh, that he’s not the man they think he is. They clearly need to find Jai - fast…
