I suppose I shouldn't really be in the business of promoting other Â鶹Éç hacks' blogs, but I congratulate our regional political editor Martyn Oates for this entry about Cornwall Council's approach to the Supporting People budget. Council leader Alec Robertson is a likeable cove who tries earnestly to tell the truth as he sees it. So why was his performance in this TV interview such a train crash? Was it the messenger, or the message?
