We've published our latest Equality Information Report. We’re extremely proud of the progress we’ve made, of the content that has done more to reflect and represent all of our audiences than ever before.
Our workforce data demonstrates an increasingly diverse and inclusive organisation. We have met our 2017 workforce targets and are already exceeding our 2020 targets for disability and LGBT.
This year, for the first time as well as the first broadcaster to do so, we’ve published our social diversity data and we will continue to monitor this going forward.
We’ll challenge ourselves to keep up the momentum – working closely with our partners to achieve our diversity ambitions.
