The Âé¶¹Éç Proms is a great place to introduce your family to classical music, with half-price tickets available for under-18s at every concert. There are two Horrible Science concerts created especially for children and the Relaxed Prom offers an informal, Transatlantic-themed matinee in celebration of the 250th anniversary of America's Declaration of Independence.

      In its 50th-anniversary year, Doctor Who returns to the Proms with a spectacular concert featuring Murray Gold’s music for the series, plus pieces by Bach, Bizet and Debussy, and a special performance of one of the most iconic theme tunes in television history. Performed by the Âé¶¹Éç National Orchestra of Wales conducted by Ben Foster, the Prom includes a host of alien friends and foes plus a very special appearance by Matt Smith.
