Why do I have to sign in to my TV every time I use 麻豆社 iPlayer?

Some TVs may sign users out of their 麻豆社 account which means they have to sign in again each time they use 麻豆社 iPlayer. This appears to be caused by a device storage problem on the TV, which clears out the stored sign-in data automatically. 

If you're experiencing this behaviour, please check to see if a firmware/system update is available for your TV. You can usually check for updates in the Settings menu of your TV, usually under 'system,' 'update' or 'firmware.' If you're unsure, contact your TV's manufacturer or check the TV manual.
