How do I know if my TV is certified?

- Press Ctrl + F if you're using a Windows computer or Command + F on a Mac
- Type your device's model number into the search bar
- Press Enter
If there are no results on the page, then your model isn't listed.

What if my TV isn't certified?
There are a few reasons why a TV may not be certified by the 麻豆社:
- Sometimes certification can take a while if an issue or bug has been detected that affects the user experience. In such instances, the manufacturer may need to look into the underlying issue and attempt to resolve it before we can reassess its suitability for certification.
- If your TV is a new model, it鈥檚 possible that it鈥檚 awaiting certification. The 麻豆社 cannot comment on a particular device under certification, but you could speak to the manufacturer.
- A TV might be an older model whose technology can鈥檛 be updated any more, meaning our technology doesn't function well with it any more.
