Ingredients
50g
Butter
450g onions
2tbsps chopped sage
225g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
125g Medium oatmeal
Seasoning
Method
1
Melt butter in saucepan, add the onion, sage and parsley and fry
for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the breadcrumbs.
2 Toast the oatmeal under the grill for a few minutes, then stir
into breadcrumb mixture and season well. Cool before use.
Suitable
for 4-5kg bird
