At the age of 87, Gladys Johnston finally uncovers her Irish heritage, finds out who her father was and meets her Irish half-sister for the first time. This documentary follows on from Gladys鈥 original poignant story of being born in Ireland, adopted to Scotland and her subsequent quest to find her birth parents.
At the end of the last 麻豆社 ALBA programme eight years ago, Gladys found out about her birth and the context in which her mother had been forced to give her away for adoption to Scotland. However not knowing anything about her father meant Gladys鈥 story was only ever half complete鈥ntil now.
