Alexandra Humphreys brings you an afternoon of exclusive music-making, including performances from the U.K and abroad.

From the Dutch Summer Concerts in Amsterdam, French pianist Alexandre Tharaud joins the Philzuid and conductor Duncan Ward for music by Gershwin. The Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra, directed by violinist Michael Waterman, perform Bach, while in contrast the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and Santtu-Matias Rouvali bring us Prokofiev’s powerful Fifth Symphony.
