Hard Shoulder
Eric - the wonder boy breakdown mechanic - will fix your car and your life, whether you like it or not.
Eric was the wonder boy roadside mechanic of the RAC, with a record-breaking average of 14.6 repairs and onward recoveries a day, and his picture on the front cover of Roadside Monthly - that was until his wife died.
Returning to work after his own personal breakdown, Eric is now a one-man recovery mission. Fixing people as well as their cars, Eric won鈥檛 stop at your fan belt, flat tyre or alternator, clocking a P45-inducing average of 2.6 repairs a day. Topping up on tea at a roadside cafe, Eric can鈥檛 help but get involved in the drama behind every breakdown.
