Is it ok to poke fun at North Korea?
A recent UN report on North Korea gave little doubt about life there. It compared the regime to Nazi Germany, with experts saying North Koreans had suffered 鈥渦nspeakable atrocities鈥�. So why then is the country a regular target of comedians and satirists 鈥� and is this ok? Alastair Gale is the Wall Street Journal's Korea bureau chief.
