What does Nigeria's 2016 budget mean?
Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari has announced the government's budget for 2016, promising to tackle youth unemployment and investing more in infrastructure - borrowing more money in the process. To make sense of the budget, Focus on Africa's Bola Mosuro spoke to Dr. Obadiah Mailafiya, a former public finance expert and former Deputy governor with the Central Bank of Nigeria.
