Will constitutional court tell President Zuma to pay back the money?
The South African Constitutional court will decide today whether President Jacob Zuma should pay back some of the millions of dollars of taxpayers money spent on refurbishing his private home - Nkandla. The 麻豆社's Southern Africa correspondent, Karen Allen, spoke to the public protector, Thuli Madonsela, who has been pursuing President Zuma over Nkandla on the eve of the ruling. Did she believe the President had acted illegally?
