The South African Constitutional court will decide today whether President Jacob Zuma should pay back some of the millions of dollars of taxpayers money spent on refurbishing his private home - Nkandla. The Âé¶¹Éç's Southern Africa correspondent, Karen Allen, spoke to the public protector, Thuli Madonsela, who has been pursuing President Zuma over Nkandla on the eve of the ruling.
