Libya: Obama's 'biggest regret'
US President Barack Obama has said that his biggest regret from his time in office is "failing to plan" for Libya after Gaddafi.
Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown by Nato-backed forces in 2011. President Obama said that he didn't regret intervening in Libya however.
