Hunting elephants in a bid to sustain their existance?

In places like Kenya, tourism can bring in the money, but in the Caprivi Strip - in the north east of Namibia - there are few tourists, and so hunting is bringing in money - and despite its many opponents, has helped elephant populations increase by up to 20 percent.
