Parts of west Africa to scrap mobile roaming fees
The 麻豆社's Alhassan Sillah reports that countries in West Africa's Mano River Union are set to drop mobile phone roaming charges in the region, including data charges, currently amongst the highest on the continent. The agreement, to be signed by the end of May, includes Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ivory Coast.
