Tanzania's infrastructure boom

The 麻豆社's Sammy Awami has been to the Tanzanian port of Tanga, where investment is expected to change the face of the town. Two major infrastructure projects, once earmarked for neighbouring Kenya, now appear destined for Tanzania.
