Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall has revealed she had to pull out of a play because chronic insomnia was ruining her life. She told the Radio Times that the condition was like "a gorilla sitting on her chest".

Army veteran Fergus Kenny also suffers with long-term insomnia and believes he has not had a proper night鈥檚 sleep in a year. He served in the army for 15 years, which has left him with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He says he feels apprehensive about going to sleep.
