Kenya's 'green' toilets
As many as 8 in 10 residents of Kenya's urban settlements lack adequate sanitation.
One initiative is helping to address this need while also looking after the environment. It provides low-cost toilets which recycle human waste into organic products, such as fertilizer and cattle feed.
