'World's cheapest smartphone'
An Indian company called Ringing Bells is selling an android mobile phone for just $4.
The product could open up the market to millions of people who cannot afford the more expensive brands. However the parent company has run into manufacturing difficulties.
So why is it so cheap? The 麻豆社's Shilpa Kanaan reports from India.
