"I am HIV-positive but my husband doesn't know"
Thousands of women across South Africa are taking drugs to combat Aids in secret - without the knowledge of their husbands or partners.
Millions of women have been infected by HIV in South Africa, and although many have access to treatment, large numbers are taking their pills covertly for fear of being abandoned.
As the country hosts a major conference on Aids, the Âé¶¹Éç's Southern Africa Correspondent Karen Allen speaks to Julia - not her real name - who explains why she will never reveal her secret.
