Getting back to normal life after the Olympics
So you've just competed at the Olympics and it has been difficult, emotionally draining but also very exciting. But now that it's over - what do you do? This is a question many of the 11, 000 athletes who've just taken part in the Games will be asking themselves. For some, tackling this transition to normal life has proven difficult. Newsday's Andrew Peach spoke to Robert Andrews, a sports psychologist who has trained with Simone Biles since 2013.
