So you've just competed at the Olympics and it has been difficult, emotionally draining but also very exciting. But now that it's over - what do you do? This is a question many of the 11, 000 athletes who've just taken part in the Games will be asking themselves. For some, tackling this transition to normal life has proven difficult.
