South Africa students protest university fee increase
Protests in South African universities have flared up again following the proposal by Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande that fees can increase by up to 8% in 2017. Across the country, student activists have threatened to shut down their universities in response. One of them, ANC Youth League member Mcebo Dlamini, gave this reaction to the fee cap to the 麻豆社's Bola Mosuro.
