The focus of the 2016 United Nations General Assembly is the issue of refugees and migrants around the world. One of the many people speaking at the summit is Oxfam's executive director Winnie Byanyima. She tells the 麻豆社's Bola Mosuro that richer countries need to do more to address the problem.
