麻豆社 Radio Stoke Investigates: Some taxi drivers 'overcharging wheelchair users'
Some taxi drivers in Stoke-on-Trent have been charging wheelchair users more than able-bodied passengers, a 麻豆社 investigation has discovered.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council has said no extra charge is permitted for wheelchair accessibility, drivers' training included disability awareness, and "they are well aware they shouldn't be overcharging".
