IS defectors held in northern Syria camp
The 麻豆社 has learnt that dozens of foreigners who went to fight for so-called Islamic State are being held in a camp in northern Syria after defecting to other rebel groups. The camp was set up by Jaysh al-Tahrir, one of the rebel groups that forms part of the Free Syrian Army. Some of those being held have been allowed to return home to Europe. The 麻豆社 team in the region was not able to get into the camp, but has obtained material from inside. Dan Damon spoke to our correspondent Quentin Sommerville.
