No more load-shedding for 40,000 Ugandans?
Uganda has just installed a multi-million dollar solar power plant in the Eastern district of Soroti. It is said to be the biggest of its kind in East Africa.
40,000 people are set to benefit from stable electricity supplies. The 麻豆社's Sammy Awami reports.
