As the UK government triggers Article 50, Ritula Shah speaks to two experts on the art of negotiation. Jonathan Powell is a diplomat who was Tony Blair's Chief of Staff and was chief British negotiator on Northern Ireland. William Ury is a Senior Fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Project and author of "The power of a positive No: How to say no and still get a yes".
