The Syrian dentist who sought refuge in Sierra Leone
Dr Talal Rahmeh was kidnapped in Syria and freed after paying $10,000 ransom. He came to be in Freetown through a Lebanese relative. He now runs a clinic beaming with activity, and is fluent in Creole.
