Liberia's transgender woman emulating Mandela's courage
Liberia's LGBT community says it's facing enormous difficulties because their relationships remain illegal.
And they fear that as long as President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf remains in power, their situation is set to stay that way.
But Karishma, a transgender woman championing for their rights in the country, tells the 麻豆社 she is inspired by Mandela's fight for freedom.
