Phone security: Criminals 'practicing' theft on stolen mopeds
All week PM has been talking about mobile phone thefts. Today, Superintendent Mark Payne explains that in order to reduce phone crime the police are tackling the theft of mopeds, which are used to carry out such crimes.
He tells the 麻豆社's technology correspondent Rory Cellan Jones that the police are not dealing with a particularly large increase in mobile phone crime - but a change in criminal tactics.
