Phone security: Criminals 'practicing' theft on stolen mopeds

PM

Available for over a year

All week PM has been talking about mobile phone thefts. Today, Superintendent Mark Payne explains that in order to reduce phone crime the police are tackling the theft of mopeds, which are used to carry out such crimes. He tells the Â鶹Éç's technology correspondent Rory Cellan Jones that the police are not dealing with a particularly large increase in mobile phone crime - but a change in criminal tactics.
