Will studies composition at Junior Guildhall. This year he was a winner of the Royal Opera House Fanfare competition, leading to his work being recorded by the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House under Sir Antonio Pappano. His compositions have been performed at venues including the Wigmore Hall, Snape Maltings Concert Hall and St John’s College Chapel, Cambridge.
In 2017, Will was selected from hundreds of entrants as one of the winners in the Upper Junior category of the annual Âé¶¹Éç Proms Inspire Competition. His winning piece, The Whole Heaven on Fire, was performed by Aurora Orchestra, conducted by Nicholas Collon, at a Proms Extra event at the Âé¶¹Éç’s Radio Theatre on 14 August 2017.
